CHARGED:
Matthew J. Engert, 21, Albion was charged June 21 with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
COURT ORDER:
Marion D. Green, 57, Albion was charged June 20 with disobeying a court order.
TRESPASS:
Dwayne E. Holloman, 51, Albion was charged June 20 with trespassing.
DWI:
Maurice A. Glasco, 33, Medina was charged June 20 with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of one percent and operating a motor vehicle without a license.
TRESPASS:
Carl R. Maxon, 29, Albion was charged June 19 with second-degree criminal trespassing.
Town of Murray
RAPE:
Patrick A. Ornt, 22, 3547 Fancher Road, Holley was charged June 18 with third-degree rape. According to the report, Ornt was arrested as a result of an investigation where he allegedly had sexual relations with a 16-year-old victim. He was arraigned in Murray Town Court and released on his own recognizance. An order of protection was issued for the victim.
Town of Gaines
DRUGS:
Ronald E. Young, 35, 4861 Townline Road, Medina was charged June 21 with unlawful possession of marijuana and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle. Troy M. Greene, 19, 15140 Ridge Road, Albion was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. According to the report, the pair were arrested as a result of a traffic stop during the Orleans County Sheriff’s Department’s Operation Stonegarden detail on Ridge Road in Gaines. The men were found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Young is scheduled to appear July 18 in Gaines Town Court; Greene is scheduled to appear July 25 in Gaines Town Court.
Town of Albion
DWAI DRUGS:
A 17-year-old male was charged June 23 with driving while ability impaired by drugs. According to the report, the man almost struck an Orleans County Sheriff’s Deputy while the officer was investigating another vehicle at that location. He is scheduled to appear June 10 in Albion Town Court. Additional charges may be filed at a later date.
FALSE INSTRUMENT:
Debra J. O’Meara, 47, 260 W. Academy St., Apartment 7, Albion was charged June 24 with first-degree offering a false instrument for filing. According to the report, O’Meara was arrested as a result of an investigation by the Orleans County Department of Social Services Department Fraud Unit where she allegedly sought assistance for individuals that did not reside with her. She is scheduled to appear July 10 in Albion Town Court.
FALSE INSTRUMENT: Michelle R. Antram, 40, 10 Batavia St., Apartment 4, Holley was charged June 24 with first-degree offering a false instrument for filing. According to the report, Antram was arrested as a result of an investigation by the Orleans County Department of Social Services Fraud Unit where she was allegedly sought assistance and submitted paperwork that falsely listed the residents of the house. She is scheduled to appear July 10 in Albion Town Court.
