Staff Reports

Albion

• HARASSMENT: Ryan C. Moore, 29, 14075 W. Barre Road, Albion, was charged Friday with second-degree harassment. Moore is scheduled to appear Tuesday in Albion Town Court.

• DWI: Tanya L. Foster, 26, 3737 Oak Orchard Road, Albion, was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated. Foster is scheduled to appear Tuesday in Albion Town Court.

• CHARGED: An 18-year-old Albion female was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana. She is scheduled to appear Wednesday in Albion Town Court.

• LARCENY: Gerald W. Reed Jr., 25, 618 East State St., Albion, was charged Feb. 16 with petit larceny. Chief Deputy Thomas Drennan charged Reed after an investigation by the Orleans County Department of Social Services where it was allegedly discovered he received $936 that he was not entitled too.

Medina

• POSSESSION: Kyle T. Rodden, 24, 3390 Bates Road, Medina, and Stuart J. Rodden, 20, of Medina, were charged Feb. 16 with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property. Investigator Ken Strickland charged the brothers as a result of an investigation where he recovered two Kawasaki racing dirt bikes valued at more than $6,500. The bikes were reported stolen in November from a residence on Rochester Road, Middleport. The Roddens were arraigned in Medina Village Court where they were remanded to Orleans County Jail on $5,000 bail. There are numerous open burglary and larceny investigations on the west end of the county and additional charges are pending.

Yates

• DWI: Jean M. Dawson, 36, 74 Linden St., Cheektowaga, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated. Dawson is scheduled to appear Monday in Yates Town Court.

Murray

• POSSESSION: James B. Fuchs, 23, 1932 Latta Road, Rochester, was charged Monday with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana. Dep. Dave Foeller charged Fuchs as a result of a vehicle stop on Ridge Road in the Town of Murray. Fuchs was allegedly found to be in possession of two smoking pipes with marijuana and a police expandable baton. Fuchs is scheduled to appear Thursday in Murray Town Court.
