DRUGS: Cody A Verdesia, 21, 167 North St. was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana. Verdesia is scheduled to appear Dec. 10 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

STOLEN PROPERTY: Antonio Chavez, 23, 318 West Avenue was charged Friday with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, petit larceny and third-degree unlawful possession of personal identification. Chavez was held on $2,000 bail and is scheduled to appear Thursday in Town of Shelby Court.

HARASSMENT: James L. McCray, 29, Florida was charged Nov. 1 with second-criminal impersonation, two counts of second-degree aggravated harassment and second-degree harassment. McCray was arraigned and held on $10,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear Dec. 6 in Town of Shelby Court.

HARASSMENT: Margaret M. Jones, 44, 649 Birchwood Drive, Lockport was charged Oct. 28 with second-degree aggravated harassment. Jones was scheduled to appear Monday in Town of Ridgeway Court.

DWI: Maurice A. Glasco, 34, 325 Park Avenue was charged Oct. 30 with driving while intoxicated and unlicensed operator. Glasco is scheduled to appear Thursday in Town of Shelby Court.

ASSAULT: Lee W. Skernick, 406 E. Oak Orchard St. was charged Oct. 30 with third-degree assault. Skernick was scheduled to appear Nov. 1 in Town of Shelby Court.

MISCHIEF: Justin L. Johnson, 30, 213 E. Center St. was charged Oct. 28 with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Johnson is scheduled to appear Thursday in Town of Shelby Court.

DRUGS: Robert A. Vary, 24, 409 Prospect Avenue was charged Oct. 28 with unlawful possession of marijuana. Vary is scheduled to appear Thursday in Town of Shelby Court.

DRUGS: Daniel P. May, 37, 3317 Church St., Niagara Falls was charged Oct. 27 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. May was arraigned and held on $1,000 bail. He was scheduled to appear Nov. 1 in Town of Shelby Court.

LARCENY: Daniel A. Knittle, 26, Holley was charged Sunday with petit larceny.
