AGG. UNLICENSED: Jason R. Duffina, 35, Albion was charged Saturday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, false personation and unlawful possession of marijuana.
DWI: Jocelyn F. Spivey, 28, Rochester was charged Feb. 19 with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of one percent.
BURGLARY/CONTEMPT: Jessica N. Jackson, 29, Albion was charged Feb. 21 with first-degree criminal contempt, a Class E Felony; second-degree burglary, a Class C Felony, third-degree criminal mischief, a Class E Felony; second-degree obstructing governmental administration, second-degree disobeying a court order and resisting arrest. Jackson was also charged Feb. 18 with trespassing.
AGG. UNLICENSED: Devin L. Smart, 24, Kendall was charged Saturday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
