LARCENY: Frank S. Ranallo, 42, Medina was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree grand larceny. According to the report, Ranallo was arrested at the State Police Barracks for an offense that occured Dec. 19.

UNLICENSED DOG: Jordan P. Powell, 24, 221 South Avenue was charged Tuesday with two counts of owning/harboring an unlicensed dog. Powell is scheduled to appear Jan. 17 in Town of Shelby Court.

UNLICENSED DOG: Sherie R. Seefeldt, 32, 221 South Avenue was charged Tuesday with two counts of owning/harboring an unlicensed dog. Seefeldt is scheduled to appear Jan. 17 in Town of Shelby Court.

DWI: Jeremy D. Kwandrans, 5490 E. Shelby Road was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of one percent and multiple traffic violations. Kwandrans is scheduled to appear Jan. 28 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

LARCENY: Christopher R. Fox, 27, 217 N. Gravel Road was charged Sunday with petit larceny and a violation of the village’s open container ordinance. Fox is scheduled to appear Jan. 14 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

LARCENY/FORGED INSTRUMENT: Jackie L. Sponaugle Jr., 21, 525 West Avenue was charged Sunday with petit larceny and first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Sponaugle was arraigned and held on $1,000 bail; and was scheduled to appear Monday in Town of Ridgeway Court.

ASSAULT: Jaron T. Thompson, 23, 400 Commercial St. was charged Jan. 3 with third-degree assault. Thompson was scheduled to appear Jan. 3 in Town of Shelby Court.

DWI: Dylan J. Rounds-Duncanson, 20, 2304 Murdock Road was charged Jan. 2 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of one percent, third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol under 21 and multiple traffic violations. Rounds-Duncanson was arraigned and held on $500 bail; and was scheduled to appear Jan. 7 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

SEXUAL MISCONDUCT: Mathew P. Parker, 23, 515 West Avenue was charged Dec. 31 with sexual misconduct. Parker is scheduled to appear Monday in Town of Ridgeway Court.

Village of Albion

DISORDERLY: Scott E. Friddle, 31, West Virginia was charged Jan. 4 with disorderly conduct-violent behavior.

SUSPENDED REGISTRATION: James H. Calus Jr., 40, Holley was charged Jan. 2 with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.

SUSPENDED REGISTRATION: Angela S. Blanco, 41, Batavia was charged Dec. 31 with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.

UNLICENSED DRIVER: Nicholas J. Tower, 35, Virginia was charged Dec. 31 with operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and speeding.
