Albion

• MISCHIEF: Joshua F. Gauthier, 19, of Albion, was charged Jan. 18 with second-degree burglary, attempted petit larceny and criminal mischief.

• CHARGED: A 17-year-old female was charged Jan. 18 with criminal mischief.

• MISCHIEF: Benjamin L. Crews, 53, of Albion, was charged Jan. 18 with second-degree harassment and criminal mischief.

• HARASSMENT: Elrick N. Jones, 34, of Albion, was charged Jan. 19 with second-degree harassment. Jones is scheduled to appear Wednesday in Albion Town Court.

• LARCENY: Dana S. Shine, 26, of Medina, was charged Thursday with petit larceny. Shine is scheduled to appear Feb. 10 in Albion Town Court.

• LARCENY: Michael J. Moore, 20, of Albion, was charged Saturday with petit larceny.

• HARASSMENT: A 17-year-old Medina male was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment. He is scheduled to appear Feb. 10 in Gaines Town Court.

• CHARGED: A 17-year-old Albion male was charged Monday with second-degree harassment. He is scheduled to appear Feb. 9 in Albion Town Court.

Carlton

• HARASSMENT: Dean P. Marconi, 24, 1632 Oak Orchard Road, Albion, was charged Thursday with second-degree harassment. Deputy Jeff Robinson charged Marconi as a result of an investigation where it is alleged he made both threatening and discriminating remarks toward and individual on a computer blog in November 2009. Marconi was arraigned in Carlton Town Court where he was remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $250 bail and an order of protection was issued for the victim.
