ASSAULT: Jose A. Resedniz, 21, Albion; William P. Statt, 22, Albion and Gregory S. Zona, 31, Albion were all charged Friday with third-degree assault.
BENCH WARRANT: Albion Police executed a bench warrant Friday against Timothy M. Hill Jr., 39, Rochester.
ASSAULT: David J. Martin, 51, Albion was charged Nov. 7 with third-degree assault.
DRUGS: Shawn D. Roberts, 18, Albion was charged Nov. 5 with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
DWI/DRUGS: Dennis S. Biaselli, 38, Albion was charged Nov. 5 with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, unlawful possession of marijuana, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, refusal to take a breath test, failure to yield right of way to emergency vehicles, unsafe turn, failure to stop at stop sign, unlicensed operation and failure to keep right.
