Medina Journal-Register — Village of Albion

DRUGS: Christopher J. Shultz, 18, Batavia was charged Oct. 28 with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs.

DWI: Michael J. Smith, 22, Medina was charged Oct. 27 with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of one percent.

COURT ORDER: Brian R. Beach, 41, Albion was charged Oct. 26 with second-degree disobeying a court order.

DRUGS: Travis G. Avino, 21, Albion was charged Oct. 24 with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, third- and fourth-degree criminal sale of marijuana, fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana.

DRUGS: Robert C. Wyant Jr., 30, Kent was charged Oct. 24 with two counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, two counts of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, third and fourth-degree criminal sale of marijuana, fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana.

DRUGS: Nicholas C. Iacuzza, 23, Holley was charged Oct. 23 with unlawful possession of marijuana.

MENACING/ASSAULT: David C. Ryder, 43, Albion was charged Oct. 22 with third-degree assault, second-degree menacing and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.

Town of Carlton

Drugs: Jeffrey J. Kinser, 27, 1453 Kent Road, Kent was charged Oct. 27 with unlawful possession of marihuana. According to the report, Orleans County Sheriff’s Deputy Torry Tooley charged Kinser as a result of an investigation of a domestic dispute. It was discovered that Kinser had a small quantity of marihuana and several smoking pipes. Kinser is scheduled to appear Nov. 12 in Town of Carlton Court.
