Police reports for March 21, 2013

Medina Journal-Register — Village of Albion

HARASSMENT: Terry L. Marsh, 66, Albion was charged March 16 with second-degree harassment.

LARCENY: Ronald K. Preston, 31, Rochester was charged March 15 with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property — credit card, fourth-degree grand larceny — credit card, and petit larceny.

BENCH WARRANT: Albion Police executed a bench warrant March 14 against Justin M. Fletcher, 18, Albion.

DWI: Kathy A. Ebbs, 53, Albion was charged March 12 with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol count of more than .08 of one percent, and third-degree unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Town of Ridgeway

LARCENY: Michael S. Hoyt, 19, 2806 S. Lyndonville Road, Medina; Dakota J. Hewitt, 18, 62 Chapel St., Lockport; and Noah J. Hillman, 17, 30 Works Place, Lockport were charged Saturday with petit larceny and trespass. According to the report, Orleans County Sheriff’s Sgt. Don Draper charged the trio after they were caught going through vehicles in the South Lyndonville and North Gravel roads area in Ridgeway. Hillman was additionally charged with possession of alcohol under 21. All three were arraigned in Town of Ridgeway Court, where Hoyt and Hewitt were remanded to the County Jail on $2,500 bail. Hillman was remanded to the County Jail on $1,000 bail.

Town of Kendall

HARASSMENT: Kim M. Lupulak, 47, homeless, was charged Monday with second-degree harassment. According to the report, Orleans County Sheriff’s Deputy Jim DeFilipps charged Lupulak as she threatened to punch the deputy in the face on three occasions during his investigation into a check the welfare complaint. Lupulak was arraigned in Town of Kendall Court, where she was remanded to the County Jail on $100 bail.

ASSAULT: Joseph J. Motzer, 19, 2173 Peter Smith Road, Kendall was charged Monday with third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief. According to the report, Orleans County Sheriff’s Sgt. Dean Covis charged Motzer as a result of a domestic where he struck the victim in the head with a quart class canning jar and then broke several pieces of crystal and the glass door in a china cabinet. The victim received several stitches in their head. Motzer was arraigned in town of Kendall Court, where he was remanded to the County Jail of $500 bail. An stay away order of protection was issued for the victim.
