LARCENY: Robert E. Fearby, 38, 1104 West Avenue was charged Dec. 30 with petit larceny. Fearby is scheduled to appear Jan. 31 in Town of Shelby Court.

TRESPASS: Donna L. Biaselli, 68, 510 West Avenue was charged Dec. 29 with second-degree criminal trespass. Biaselli is scheduled to appear Jan. 31 in Town of Shelby Court.

NOISE: Michael A. Donald, 41; and Linda M. Johnson, 53, both of 330 South Avenue were charged Dec. 25 with violations of the village’s noise ordinance. Donald and Johnson are both scheduled to appear Jan. 10 in Town of Shelby Court.

DWI: Keith A. Hinckley, 22, 167 Glenwood Avenue was charged Dec. 23 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of more than 0.08 of one percent and drinking alcohol in motor vehicle on highway. Crane is scheduled to appear Thursday in Town of Shelby Court.

DRUGS: Joseph J. Crane, 20, 4385 Shelby Basin Road was charged Dec. 22 with unlawful possession of marijuana. Crane is scheduled to appear Jan. 28 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

BURGLARY: Mikel Anderson, 21, 314 Eagle St. was charged Dec. 22 with second-degree burglary and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Anderson was arraigned and held on $1,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear Jan. 7 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

DRUGS: Devon L. Heveron, 20, 213 W. Oak Orchard St. was charged Dec. 21 with unlawful possession of marijuana. Heveron is scheduled to appear Jan. 7 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

HARASSMENT: Luis Diaz Jr., 34, 19254 Johnson Road was charged Dec. 21 with second-degree harassment. Diaz is scheduled to appear Jan. 7 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

DWAI: Colleen L. Bosse, 48, 6971 Knowlesville Road, Oakfield was charged Dec. 20 with driving with ability impaired by drugs and failure to keep right. Bosse was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to appear Jan. 24 in Town of Shelby Court.

ASSAULT: Cory M. Schunk, 26, 301 Erin Road was charged Dec. 19 with third-degree assault. Schunk is scheduled to appear Jan. 7 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

HARASSMENT: Frank C. Sargent, 48, 110 Elizabeth St. was charged Dec. 18 with two counts of second-degree harassment, first-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Sargent was arraigned an held on $2,500 bail. He is scheduled to appear Jan. 7 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

DWI: Melisa Nunez, 36, 701 W. Center St. was charged Dec. 17 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of more than 0.08 of one percent, aggravated driving while intoxicated — child in vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, failure to keep right, false personation and endangering the welfare of a child. Nunez was arraigned and held on $10,000 bail. She was scheduled to appear Dec. 18 in Town of Shelby Court.

MISCHIEF: David E. Tolliver, 29, 2765 Main St., Newfane was charged Dec. 16 with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Tolliver is scheduled to appear Jan. 7 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

MISCHIEF: Michael G. Moran, 43, 416 E. Center St. was charged Dec. 14 with third-degree criminal mischief. Moran is scheduled to appear Jan. 14 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

Town of Shelby

DWI: Alan M. Keller, 20, Akron was charged Jan. 1 with driving while intoxicated by the New York State Police at Bigford and Martin roads.
