CURFEW VIOLATION: Christine E. Lowe, 40, 126 Erin Road was charged Feb. 16 with a violation of the village’s curfew law. Lowe is scheduled to appear March 18 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

DISORDERLY: Tyler S. Lindsay, 22, 6483 Dysinger Road, Lockport was charged Feb. 14 with disorderly conduct. Lindsay is scheduled to appear March 25 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

UNLICENSED DOG: Mark A. Bouter, 22, 116 Frank St. was charged Feb. 13 with owning/harboring an unlicensed dog. Bouter was scheduled to appear Thursday in Town of Shelby Court.

DWI: Kenneth L. Lonnen, 38, 12611 Green Acres Drive, Lyndonville was charged Feb. 10 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of one percent, aggravated driving while intoxicated, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana. Lonnen was scheduled to appear Feb. 14 in Town of Shelby Court.

CONTEMPT: Ricky V. Kerstetter Jr., 34, 808 West Avenue was charged Feb. 9 with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. Kerstetter was held on $250 bail and was scheduled to appear Feb. 14 in Town of Shelby Court.

DRUGS: Jermaine Brown, 35, 213 E. Center St. was charged Feb. 7 with unlawful possession of marijuana. Brown is scheduled to appear Monday in Town of Ridgeway Court.
