HARASSMENT: Travis Bloom, 20, Medina was charged Monday with second-degree harassment by the New York State Police for an incident that occurred Jan. 31.
Town of Shelby
DWI/DRUGS: Jennifer L. Parry, 45, 118 Taunton Place, Buffalo was charged Feb. 25 with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated — blood alcohol content of 0.22 percent, unlawful possession of marijuana and driving and texting. According to the report, Orleans County Sheriff’s Deputy Erin Fuller charged Parry after she was involved in an accident on South Gravel Road in the town of Shelby, where she apparently went off the roadway because she was texting and driving. Parry is scheduled to appear March 14 in Town of Shelby Court.
Village of Albion
BENCH WARRANT: Albion Police executed a bench warrant March 2 against Orlando Luciano, 48, Rochester.
RAPE: Nathaniel D. Bentley, 20, Albion was charged Feb. 28 with first-degree rape — actor over 17 years of age with victim less than 13 years of age, and endangering the welfare of a child.
AGG. UNLICENSED: Gary M. Falls, 35, Holley was charged Feb. 27 with second-degree aggravtaed unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Town of Murray
ASSAULT: Orin Dinkins, 40, 16899 Ridge Road, Holley was charged March 2 with second-degree assault. According to the report, Orleans County Sheriff’s Deputy Torry Tooley charged Dinkins as a result of a domestic dispute that occurred Feb. 26 at his residence. The victim suffered multiple injuries resulting in being admitted to a hospital for treatment to those injuries. Dinkins was arraigned in Town of Murray Court where he was remanded to the County Jail on $100 bail. An order of protection was issued for the victim.
