Medina Journal-Register — Two Brockport men have been arrested following a lengthy investigation into the beating of a Holley man that occurred more than six weeks ago.
The attacked happend at approximately 11:30 p.m. on June 16, after the victim, Christopher J. Colucci, 31, Holley confronted a group of individuals who were creating a disturbance in front of his girlfriend’s parent’s home in the Town of Murray. He was injured by the men and had to be flown by MercyFlight to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he was treated and released the next day.
The Orleans County Sheriff’s Office arrested Brinson M. Blocker, 18 on July 24. Blocker is charged with third-degree assault and was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Murray Court for Aug. 16.
Sheriff’s Officers arrested K-Trell J. Payne, 18 on Wednesday. Panye was also charged with third-degree assault and also received an appearance ticket for Town of Murray Court on the same date.
The incident was investigated by Deputy T.N. Tooley and Investigator K.M. Strickland Jr. There are no other arrests anticipated in connection with this incident.
