Medina Journal-Register — POLICE REPORTS

Town of Albion

DWI: Hilario Cruz-Reyes, 35, 8 Fleetwood Drive, Brockport was charged March 2 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of one percent — 0.14 — and failure to keep right. According to the report, Sheriff’s Deputy Jim DeFilipps charged Cruz-Reyes as a result of a traffic stop on Route 31. Cruz-Reyes is scheduled to appear March Tuesday in Town of Albion Court.

Town of Murray

IDENTITY THEFT: Tricia A. Stoller, 28, Holley was charged Thursday with second-degree forgery, a Class D Felony, second-degree identity theft, a Class E Felony, and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

DRUGS: Brian P. Gifaldi, 23, 16806 Ridge Road, Holley was charged Friday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. According to the report, Sheriff’s Deputy Dave Foeller charged Gifaldi when he was found to be in possession of some pills that were not prescribed to him. Gifaldi is scheduled to appear March 18 in Town of Murray Court.

Town of Clarendon

HARASSMENT: Alvin H Baxtrum, 36, 4441 Bennetts Corners Road, Holley was charged March 6 with second-degree harassment. According to the report, Sheriff’s Deputy Kevin Colonna charged Baxtrum as a result of a domestic violence complaint where he threatened to kill the victim. Baxtrum was arraigned in Town of Clarendon Court and remanded to County Jail on $2,000 bail. An order of protection was issued for the victim.
