Medina Journal-Register — Orleans County

DRUGS: Shane R. Gominiak, 19, 105 S. Main St., Lyndonville was charged Dec. 1 with unlawful possession of marijuana. According to the report, Sheriff’s Deputy Torry Tooley charged Gominiak as a result of checking on a suspicious vehicle at the Yates Town Park on Morrison Road. Gominiak was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and several items of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear Dec. 12 in Town of Yates Court.

HARASSMENT: Michael T. Schroeder, 21, 3639 Horan Road, Medina was charged Nov. 26 with second-degree harassment. According to the report, Sheriff’s Sergeant Don Draper charged Schroeder as a result of a physical domestic at the residence. Schroeder was arraigned and remanded to the County Jail on $500 bail. An order of protection was issued for the victim.

DWI: Robert M. Kirby, 53, 3670 Riches Corners Road, Albion was charged Nov. 24 with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of one percent, aggravated driving while intoxicated (0.25 BAC), unlicensed operator, moved from lane unsafely and drinking alcohol in a vehicle. According to the report, Sheriff’s Deputy Torry Tooley charged Kirby after he drove a farm truck loaded with corn off Butts Rd in the Town of Gaines. Kirby is scheduled to appear Dec. 12 in Town of Gaines Court.

Town of Kendall

DWI: Brian W. Makowiecki, 30, Kendall was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of one percent and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
