• CHARGED: Ubrona B. Coger, 20, 36 Crimson Heights, Albion, was charged Monday with endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person. Coger is scheduled to appear Sept. 23 in Albion Town Court.
Carlton
• ENDANGERMENT: Theresa White, 38, 1857 Kent Road, was charged Tuesday with endangering the welfare of a child. White is scheduled to appear Sept. 21 in Carlton Town Court.
Shelby
• CONTEMPT: Kenneth S. Sloper, 44, 4140 Salt Works Road, Medina, was charged Sunday with second-degree criminal contempt. Sloper was arraigned and remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail, and is due today in Shelby Town Court.
