DRUGS: Albion Police executed a bench warrant Nov. 17 against Nathaniel D. Bentley, 20, Albion. Bentley was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

AGGRAVATED DWI: Richard M. Tapp, 46, Albion was charged Nov. 17 with aggravated driving while intoxicated (blood alcohol content of more than .18 of one percent), driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of one percent and two counts of leaving the scene of property damage.

UNLICENSED: Franklin L. Watson, 44, Reading, Pa. was charged Nov. 17 with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

DWI: Kelly L. Waters, 43, Lyndonville was charged Nov. 17 with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of one percent.

STOLEN PROPERTY: Victoria M. Fleck, 19, Albion was charged Nov. 17 with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

SEX OFFENDER: Kristopher A. Fisher, 38, Brockport was charged Nov. 16 with failure by a sex offender to report a change of address.

STOLEN PROPERTY: Leah E. Farrington, 20, Albion was charged Nov. 16 with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

INJURE CHILD: Joseph J. Motzer, 19, Kendall was charged Nov. 15 with acting in a manner to injure a child under the age of 17.

LARCENY: Terry M. Boop, 48, Lyndonville was charged Nov. 15 with petit larceny.

REGISTRATION: Raymond Stanley, 58, Begen was charged Nov. 15 with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.

OBSTRUCTING: Michael A. Coleman, 37, Albion was charged Nov. 14 with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.

RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT: Christina M. Holloway, 29, Medina was charged Nov. 14 with second-degree reckless endangerment, acting in a manner to injure a child under the age of 17 and reckless driving.

DWI: Jeffrey J. Farrell, 23, Lockport was charged Nov. 20 with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of one percent.
