POSSESSION: Joshua D. Biaselli, 25, Albion was charged Nov. 18 with unlawful possession of marijuana, third-degree escape and petit larceny. Biaselli is scheduled to appear Dec. 9 in Albion Town Court.
Barre
DWI: Matthew C. Strobele, 31, of 13451 Phipps Road, of Albion was charged Nov. 15 with driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of marijuana, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and stopped/parked on the highway. Deputy Dave Foeller charged Strobele as a result of vehicle stop on Hemlock Ridge Road in the Town of Barre.
Medina
POSSESSION: Kenneth W. Houghton Sr., 45, 137 Elwood Ave., was charged Nov. 4 with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
POSSESSION: Timothy C. Osgood, 19, 413 East Center St., was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
POSSESSION: Steven R. Turrell, 18, 536 East Ave., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Gaines
DWI: Noa Garcia Fabila, 17, of 13492 Eagle Harbor Road, Albion, was charged Nov. 8 with driving while intoxicated after being stopped by Orleans County sheriff’s deputies on Ridge Road in the Town of Gaines. Fabila was arraigned in the Gaines Town Court, where he was remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail. A detainer was also placed on Fabila by the U.S. Border Patrol because he was unable to produce proper documentation, according to reports.
Albion
DWI: Marcus C. Taylor, 40, 340 Caroline St., Albion, was charged Friday with driving with intoxicated. Taylor is due Tuesday in Albion Town Court.
Murray
MISCHIEF: Brandon M. Ceravolo, 32, 10 Batavia St., Holley, was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal mischief and trespass. Ceravolo was arraigned in Murray Town Court, where he was remanded to the Orleans County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
Lockport
DWI: Gerardo Quiros, 23, 11318 Ridge Road, Medina, was charged with first-degree driving while intoxicated, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway and inadequate plate lamps. On Wednesday, patrol reportedly observed a vehicle with no license plate lamps and immediately initiated a traffic stop on Robinson Road. Upon interviewing the driver, officers said he appeared to be intoxicated. Police said they saw a half bottle of Bud Light beer in the vehicle. The suspect reportedly failed all sobriety tests administered. He was taken to the Niagara County Jail, where he was held in lieu of $250 bail. Upon further investigation, deputies from the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office found that Quiros was wanted by Amherst Police on a bench warrant for disorderly conduct.
DWI: Thomas Toal, 47, 1638 West Kendall Road, Kendall, was charged Nov. 3 with driving while intoxicated. He is due Dec. 7 in Kendall Town Court.
POSSESSION: Christopher R. Jones, 23, 13809 Phipps Road, Albion, was charged Nov. 7 with driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana.
HARASSMENT: David P. Lemieux, 50, 916 Vine Cliff Drive, Waterport, was charged Nov. 8 with second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct.
HARASSMENT: Wendy K. Causyn, 43, 13624 Phipps Road, Albion, was charged Nov. 10 with second-degree harassment.
