ALBION
LARCENY: Shawna N. Weis, 22, 2186 Transit Road, Kent was charged Wednesday with petit larceny. Deputy Tom Marnao charged Weis as a result of an investigation by the Orleans County Department of Social Services Fraud Unit that alleges Weis received $182 in benefits that she was not entitled to. Weis is scheduled to appear in Albion Town Court on Dec. 16.
