Medina
CHARGED: Corey Brown, 23, 12650 Presbyterian St., Medina, was charged Nov. 4 with five counts of third-degree rape, after it was alleged that Brown was having sex with an individual less than 16 years of age. Brown was arraigned in Ridgeway Town Court and remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
LARCENY: Jennifer L. Swett, 24, West Center St., Medina, was charged Nov. 30 with second-degree burglary and petit larceny after a house was entered and money was stolen from a residence on Route 31 in the Town of Ridgeway. Swett was arraigned in Medina Village Court where she was remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
MARIJUANA: Matthew P. Niggli, 22, 16013 Glidden Road, Holley, was charged Dec. 6 with unlawful possession of marijuana as a result of a vehicle stop on Route 98 in the Town of Gaines. Niggli had a smoking pipe and a bag of marijuana in his possession, said police. Niggli is scheduled to appear Jan. 6 in Gaines Town Court.
DWI: Bradley W. Wochna, 41, 13463 Millers Road, Albion, was charged Dec. 2 with driving while intoxicated. Wochna is scheduled to appear Thursday in Barre Town Court.
Murray
HARASSMENT: Charles R. Funk, 51, 2 Skyline Circle, Brockport, was charged Nov. 27 with second-degree harassment as a result of a complaint where he repeatedly harassed and threatened an individual both in person and over the phone, said police. Funk is scheduled to appear today in Murray Town Court.
Carlton
LARCENY: Brittnie J. Engle, 22, 30 Batavia St., Holley, was charged Nov. 27 with petit larceny for her alleged involvement in a burglary that occurred Sept. 15 at a residence on Hanlon Road in the Town of Carlton.
ASSAULT: Christina M. Sargent, 20, 4109 Lake Ave., Lockport, was charged Dec. 6 with third-degree assault. George J. Brown, 32, 2052 Harris Road, Carlton, was also charged Dec. 6 with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief. The two were arrested after a disturbance call on Harris Road. It was reported that Sargent punched one individual and Brown broke a window and threatened another individual.
Lyndonville
LARCENY: Brandon M. Woodhams, 17, 13485 Roosevelt Highway, Waterport, was charged Thursday with three counts of petit larceny after items were taken from three different lockers at the Lyndonville High School on Oct. 2. Davis is scheduled to appear in Yates Town Court on Jan. 13.
Clarendon
HARASSMENT: Todd M. Eggleston, 25, 4729 Hall Road, Holley, was charged Dec. 4 with second-degree harassment after he allegedly pushed a victim into a wall at his residence Dec. 2. Eggleston is scheduled to appear today in Clarendon Town Court.
Albion
LARCENY: Kati M. Jordain, 19, 4655 Oak Orchard Road, Albion, was charged Dec. 4 with petit larceny as a result of an investigation conducted by the Orleans County Department of Social Services Fraud Unit. It is alleged she received $399 in benefits she was not entitled to. Jordain is scheduled to appear Wednesday in Albion Town Court.
