Village of Albion
ASSAULT/DWAI/DRUGS: Richard A. Keihl, 30, Albion was charged Oct. 5 with second-degree assault, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle impaired b, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of marijuana.
HARASSMENT: Allen E. Smith Jr., 24, Albion was charged Oct. 4 with second-degree harassment.
UNLICENSED: Keshawn John-Charles, 22, Rochester was charged Oct. 2 with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Town of Carlton
DWI: Larry R. Thiel, 55, Carlton was charged by the State Police Tuesday with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of one percent on State Route 98.
DWI: Timothy S. Tully, 42, Waterport was charged by State Police Saturday with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated on State Route 279.
