DISORDERLY: Brian T. Stachewicz, 17, 259 Horan Road was charged Oct. 14 with disorderly conduct. Stachewicz was arraigned and held on $250 bail. He is scheduled to appear Nov. 1 in Town of Shelby Court.
DWI: Jill M. Snook, 30, 8464 Ridge Road, Gasport was charged Oct. 14 with driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of one percent. Snook was released on her own recognizance and was scheduled to appear Thursday in Town of Shelby Court.
OPEN CONTAINER: Serina N. Winters, 36, 11436 Portage Road was charged Oct. 12 with a violation of the village’s open container policy. WInter is scheduled to appear today in Town of Ridgeway Court.
DRUGS: Richard E. Amrhein Jr., 23, 11308 Main St. was charged Oct. 12 with unlawful possession of marijuana. Amrhein was scheduled to appear Thursday in Town of Shelby Court.

DWI: Sharon S. Ferguson, 48, Brockport was charged Oct. 19 by State Police with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of one percent and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
HARASSMENT: Salena J. Burch, 26, Hamlin was charged Oct. 14 by State Police with second-degree aggravated harassment.
