Village of Medina

DRUGS: Ryan A. Sullinger, 27, 908 West Avenue was charged Oct. 22 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument. Sullinger is scheduled to appear Nov. 8 in Town of Shelby Court.

DRUGS: Lawrence W. Worsley, 32, 12702 Presbyterian St., Knowlesville was charged Oct. 22 with unlawful possession of marijuana. Worsley is scheduled to appear Nov. 8 in Town of Shelby Court.

DRUGS: Robert A. Vary, 24, 409 Prospect Avenue was charged Oct. 20 with unlawful possession of marijuana and a violation of the village’s consumption of alcohol in certain public access places ordinance. Vary is scheduled to appear Nov. 8 in Town of Shelby Court.

MISCHIEF: Justin M. Tillinghast, 17, 167 North St. was charged Oct. 16 with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Tillinghast is scheduled to appear Nov. 5 in Town of Ridgeway Court.

Village of Albion

DWI: Evan R. Nenni, 25, Albion was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of one percent.

DWI: Rebecca L. Hucknall, 29, Medina was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 of one percent.

Town of Albion

CONTRABAND: Kimberly L. Bailey, 41, Spencerport; Sheena M. Veney, 27, Ithaca; and Niiesha R. Osorio-Beauford, 31, Ithaca were all charged Saturday with second-degree introducing contraband to prison. Veney was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Osorio-Beauford was also charged with first-degree introducing dangerous contraband to prison and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance — narcotic drug with intent to sell.

Town of Murray

DWI/DRUGS: Steven W. Gregory, 22, Kendall was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of more than .08 one of percent, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Town of Clarendon

DRUGS: David A. Levchuk, 19, Holley was charged Thursday with unlawful possession of marijuana.
