Police Reports for June 28, 2012

Medina Journal-Register — Village of Medina

TRESPASS: Christopher R. Fox, 27, 217 N. Gravel Road was charged June 15 with trespass. Fox was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear July 9 in Ridgeway Town Court.

DISORDERLY: Deborah Barnes, 51, 4335 Salt Works Road was charged June 19 with disorderly conduct. Barnes was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear July 19 in Shelby Town Court.

BARKING DOG: Rosemarie White, 44, 301 Erin Road was charged June 19 with a violation of the village’s barking dog ordinance. White was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear July 9 in Ridgeway Town Court.

ASSAULT: Timothy J. McDonnell, 18, 4307 Waterworks Road was charged June 20 with third-degree assault. McDonnell was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear July 9 in Ridgeway Town Court.

Town of Ridgeway

ASSAULT/ENDANGERMENT:  Kyle D. Horner, 23, 510 West Avenue was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Horner was arrested as the result of an Orleans County Sheriff’s Department investigation into allegations that on June 12 Horner squeezed an infant child, causing bruising around the torso. He is scheduled to appear July 9 in Ridgeway Town Court.

Town of Yates

PROBATION VIOLATION: Lindy A. Mack, 21 Orchard St., Holley was arrested Wednesday on a violation of probation warrant issued out of the Yates Town Court. According to the report, Mack was arrested without incident at her residence. She was arraigned in Yates Town Court and remanded to the County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Town of Albion

FRAUD/LARCENY: April M. Allison, 19, 9995 Hickox Road, Alexander was charged Thursday with fourth-degree welfare fraud and fourth-degree grand larceny. Allison was arrested as the result of an investigation by the Orleans County Department of Social Services Fraud Unit where she received $1,036 in benefits that she was not entitled to receive. Allison is scheduled to appear July 10 in Albion Town Court.

Town of Kendall

BURGLARY/LARCENY: Alexandria M. Jasmin, 19, 129 East Avenue, Hilton; Michael S. Waller, 21, 129 East Avenue, Hilton; and Mario J. Calabrese, 22, 127 Hale Haven Drive, Hilton were all charged Tuesday with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny. According to the report, the trio were arrested as the result of an Orleans County Sheriff’s Department investigation into a complaint of a saxophone being stolen from Kendall High School Monday. Jasmin, Waller and Calabrese were arraigned in Kendall Town Court and released on their own recognizance. They are scheduled to return July 2. The saxophone was recovered and returned its owner.
