Building up a 30-16 half-time advantage, Roy-Hart went on to defeat Albion 54-36 Tuesday in a Niagara-Orleans League game.
In other N-O action, Akron (7-4) belted Wilson (9-2) 53-25 dropping the Lakemen into a tie for first place with Newfane (9-2), a 74-64 victor over Barker (3-8), and CSAT defeated visiting Medina (2-9) 69-56.
Brad Bobbitt scored 19, Chris Luce 11 and Blake Copella 10 to spark the attack for Roy-Hart which avenged an earlier season one point (54-53) loss to Albion.
Nick Santos led Albion with nine.
Bobbitt scored 13 of his points in the first half to help spark the Rams out to a 14 point advantage.
The Rams maintained a 42-27 lead at the three-quarter mark.
“We played very well defensively and we rebounded well,” Roy-Hart coach Mark Rydza said.
CSAT 69, Medina 56
BUFFALO — Darnell Carson scored 20, Justin Black 18 and Jaqaille Peay 16 to set the pace for CSAT as the Eagles topped the Mustangs for the second time in three days.
Jason Hellwig scored 19, including five threes and Lucas Evans 15 for Medina which has dropped eight in a row.
Leading by a narrow 30-25 margin at the half, CSAT used a big 26-11 third period scoring burst to break the contest open.
Akron 53, Wilson 25
AKRON — Austin Meitz, Connor Ladd, Steve Poodry and Noah Diebel each scored eight points to lead a balanced attack for Akron in the big win over front-running Wilson.
Akron jumped out to a 13-7 first period lead and boosted the advantage to 30-13 at the half and to 47-18 at the three-quarter mark.
Patrick Diez led Wilson with 10.
Newfane 74, Barker 64
NEWFANE — Connor Sears had 23 points and 11 rebounds and Scott Kneeland 18 points to spark Newfane past Barker.
Jake Haight poured in a game high 35 points for Barker and Josh Haight added 10.
Newfane jumped out to a quick 24-10 first period lead and maintained advantages of 40-29 at the half and 50-45 at the three-quarter mark.
