MEDINA —
Richard P. "Dick" Koneski, 62, of Medina, NY, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at the Medina Memorial Hospital. Born on December 27, 1950 in Medina, NY, he was the son of the late George and Helen (Minski) Koneski.
He graduated from Medina High School in 1968 and served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He was employed with the former Anderson Motors, Fisher-Price and lastly with Associated Brands, having 34 years of perfect attendance. Dick enjoyed his motorcycles, mowing his lawn and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Alana Koneski, Daniel Koneski, Steve (fiancè Melinda Roberts) Koneski, all of Medina and Carrie (Eric) Koneski Collette of Spencerport; three grandchildren, Jeremy, Lillian and Eliana; and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by two brothers, George, Jr. and Ronald.
Relatives and friends may call on Saturday, February 16, 2013, from 10-11 AM with a Memorial Service at 11:00 AM at the Bates & Tuttle Funeral Home, 226 Pearl St., Medina, NY 14103. Memorials may be made in Dick's name to American Heart Association, 2113 Chili Ave., Rochester, NY 14624.
