Donna S. Rowley, age 45, died on November 16, 2012 at Strong Memorial Hospital. She was born September 21, 1967 in Rochester, a daughter of Douglas Miller of Rochester and Sherilyn Miller of Kendall and had lived in this area all of her life.
Donna worked as a corrections officer with the NYS Department of Corrections in Attica and Fishkill and was a member of the NYSCOPBA. She was a loving and caring mom and a very strong woman.
She was predeceased by her husband, John. In addition to her parents, Donna is survived by her children, James Rowley of Teresa NY, Jeremy (Elissa) Rowley, Benjamin Rowley, Andrew Rowley, Heather Rowley, Madeline Rowley, all of Holley; her grandchildren, Kailyn, Jonah, Cameron; brothers, Richard Miller of Indiana, Douglas (Yolanda) Miller of Rochester, Jeffrey (Carolina) Miller of California; sister, Dawn Theil of Hamlin; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc., 16650 State Route 31, Holley, on Tuesday from 12:30-1:30 PM, where her Funeral Service will follow at 1:30 PM. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Orleans.
