LYNDONVILLE —
Elsie M. Palmer, age 89, died November 17, 2012, at Orchard Manor Nursing Home, following a long illness. She was born June 27, 1923 in Kendall, a daughter of the late Frederick and Lillian (Ball) Frank, and had lived in this area all of her life. Elsie loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Lloyd, in 1977; son, David, in 1999; grandson, Philip Palmer; daughter-in-law, Terry Palmer; brothers, Arthur Frank, John Frank; sisters, Winifred Aumock, Leona Hart, Mabel Morrow, Irene Bell. She is survived by her sons, Robert (Carol) Palmer of FL; Howard (Marcia) Palmer of Albion; Dennis (Linda) Palmer of Lyndonville; John (Susan) Palmer of TX; her daughter, Christine (Robert) Heideman of Lyndonville; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc., 21 W. Ave., Albion, Wednesday 11:00 AM-1:00 PM, where her funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM. Burial will be in Mt. Albion Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
