MEDINA —
Robert B. "Buddha" Allen, 61, of Medina, NY, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at his home.
Born on October 2, 1951 in Medina, NY, he was the son of the late Bernard and Dorothy (Davis) Allen.
Robert served his country in the U.S. Marine Corp during the Vietnam era and he was employed with the former Fisher-Price of Medina.
Robert is survived by his four children, Jason Allen, Jodie Gauda, both of Lyndonville; Seth Allen of Medina, and Chris Andrews of Cheektowaga; eight grandchildren and a great-granddaughter; two sisters, Annette (David) Dix and Debra (Jeff) Jackson, all of Lyndonville; a sister-in-law, Monica Allen of Houston, TX; and several nieces and nephews.
There are no calling hours. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be made in his name to Orleans Co. Veterans Service Agency, 13996 Rt. 31, Albion, NY 14411. Arrangements were made through the Bates & Tuttle Funeral Home, Medina, NY.
