    Three injured in Kendall crash
    A 2 a.m. crash in the 1500 block of Monroe-Orleans County Line Road in the town of Kendall sent three people to the hospital on Monday.
    According to the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office, a 1996 Pontiac was traveling north when the driver lost control of the car, crossing the center line and running off the west side of the roadway. The vehicle struck two mailboxes and rolled several times before coming to rest in a field.
    The driver of the car, identified as Michael A. Heberle, 19, of Holley and passenger Kassie Cotter, 17, were transported to Strong Memorial in Rochester with non-life-threatening injuries. A 16-year-old female passenger was treated and released at Lakeside Memorial Hospital in Brockport.
    Heberle was charged with failure to keep right and driving at an unsafe speed. He has a court date in Kendall in February, the report said.

    YATES
    POSSESSION: Three female Lyndonville students were arrested Dec. 1 by Sheriff’s Deputy J.W. Halstead for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, criminal sale of a controlled substance near school and unlawful possession of marijuana following a complaint at Lyndonville High School. The students, whose names have been withheld, included two 15 year olds, who where issued juvenile appearance tickets for family court; and a 16 year old, who was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return at a later date to Town of Yates court. All three were released to their parents following the incident.

    Albion
    DWI: Sjoerd Olijhoek, 21, of Bergschenhoek, The Netherlands was arrested Dec. 10  by Sheriff’s Deputy J.J. Cole for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater during a multi-agency traffic checkpoint on Route 31 in Albion. Olijhoek was issued an appearance ticket and released to his own recognizance. He is scheduled to return Jan. 3 to Town of Albion Court.

    ALBION
    DRUGS: Helen M. Monin, 20, Kenmore was arrested Dec. 6 by Sheriff's Deputy D.E. Foeller Jr. for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to keep right following a traffic stop on Route 31A in the Town of Albion. Meagan K. Maclaren, 20, College Point, a passenger in Monin's car, was also arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana. Monin and Maclaren were both issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear Dec. 20 in Town of Albion Court.

    DRUGS: Daniel W. Hennebohl, 56, 12387 Countyhouse Road, Medina was charged Nov. 23 with unlawful possession of marijuana. Hennebohl was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return Dec. 19 to Ridgeway Town Court.

    CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Riyan E. Westbrook, 21, 7496 Estes Road, Fort Riley, Kan., was charged Sept. 20 with second-degree criminal mischief. Westbrook was held on $500 bail and was scheduled to appear Sept. 22 at Shelby Town Court.
