• CHARGED: Gregory J. Thompson, 40, Medina, was charged April 9 with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, petit larceny and fifth-degree possession of stolen property.
• WARRANT: Austin Levern Jr., 35, Rochester, was charged April 9 on an outstanding bench warrant.
• POSSESSION: Zachary C. Hapeman, 19, Albion, was charged April 12 with unlawful possession of marijuana. Hapeman is due today in Albion Town Court.
• CHARGED: Howard C. Turlington, 56, Albion, was charged April 13 with driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage and operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver. Turlington is due May 6 in Albion Town Court.
• CHARGED: Jeanette N. Worsley, 26, Albion, was charged April 14 with two counts of third-degree assault and criminal mischief.
• DWI: Robert W. Babbitt, 59, Pavilion, was charged April 14 with DWI. Babbitt is due May 5 in Albion Town Court.
• LARCENY: Wilberto Alvarez-Lopez, 32, Albion, was charged Wednesday with petit larceny. He is due May 5 in Albion Town Court.
• DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Eduardo Sanchez-Sanchez, 21, Albion, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct. He is due today in Albion Town Court.
• DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Erica L. Poole, 36, Albion, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct. Poole is due May 5 in Albion Town Court.
• WARRANT: Mark J. Brinson, 33, Gasport, was charged Friday on a warrant as a fugitive from another state.
• HARASSMENT: Stephanie L. Madden, 19, Hilton, was charged Sunday with second-degree aggravated harassment. Madden is due May 5 in Albion Town Court.

• LARCENY: James E. Rhinehart, 19, 806 N. Main St., Port Allegany, Pa., was charged April 8 with petit larceny. Rhinehart is due May 4 in Medina Village Court.
• LARCENY: Christopher A. Sewar, 22, 4288 E. Shelby Road, Medina, was charged April 8 with petit larceny. Sewar is due May 4 in Medina Village Court.
• HARASSMENT: Kelcy Poole, 23, 206 Prospect Ave., Medina, was charged Wednesday with second-degree harassment. Poole is due May 11 in Medina Village Court.
