• IMPERSONATION: Jason T. Wills, 23, 26 Platt St., Albion, was charged May 19 with criminal impersonation.
• FUGITIVE: Robert A. Beedham, 46, 106 N. Platt St., Albion, was arrested May 20 on a fugitive warrant.
• ASSAULT: Betty J. Russell, 49, 175 N. Main St., Albion, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault. Russell is due Tuesday in Albion Town Court.
Medina
• POSSESSION: David A. Nottingham, 38, 222 Eagle St., Medina, was charged May 17 with unlawful possession of marijuana. Nottingham is scheduled to appear Monday in Medina Village Court.
• POSSESSION: Christopher D. Webb, 27, 12411 West County House Road, Albion, was charged May 19 with unlawful possession of marijuana. Webb is due June 29 in Medina Village Court.
• MISCHIEF: Terry W. Feitshans, 27, 574 East Ave., Medina, was charged May 20 with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Feitshans is due Monday in Medina Village Court.
