• POSSESSION: William D. Perkins, 19, Hinsdale, was charged Wednesday with unlawful possession of marijuana. Perkins is due Monday in Albion Town Court.

• HARASSMENT: Terry W. Pittman, 38, 1104 West Ave., Medina was charged with second-degree harassment May 27.
