A musical based on 13 books from Dr. Seuss will be performed at 7 p.m. Friday and noon and 7 p.m. Saturday at the Albion Middle School auditorium.

Republicans sweep Albion
Republicans swept the Albion village election Tuesday with all three incumbents reclaiming their seats.
Mayor Dean Theodorakos, who received 419 votes, defeated Tracy Jennings, with 97; and trustees Eileen Banker, with 406, and Kevin Sheehan, 406, defeated James Skaggs, 96, and Sandra Walter, 115.

ALBION: Michael Hadick resigns from mayor's office in plea deal The sound of phones ringing filled the Albion Village Hall on Friday, as word spread about Mayor Michael Hadick resigning from office. Hadick took a plea in Albion Town Court in which he agreed to resign his position and pay restitution in exchange for dropping charges of petit larceny and official misconduct, said District Attorney Joseph Cardone.
